Availability & Design
While we try to accurate describe our cakes on the website, products we
use may change, be discontinued by the manufacturer or ingredients
become unavailable. We may replace such items with alternatives, so
please be aware slight variations may occur.
Special Orders will require a £5.00 deposit. Please contact us
to see if this applies to your order. This deposit is non-refundable.
Baby Nappy Cakes cannot accept responsibility for goods
delayed by the postal service. Proof of postage is always retained. In
the event you do not receive your order, or it arrives damaged, we are
happy to help you place a claim with the Royal Mail. Items are not
considered lost until 15 working days after postage. Further details

Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days.

All orders are dispatched on receipt of cleared payment. Please allow one week for cheques to clear.
Gift Wrapping
All our cakes are wrapped in clear cellophane, then decorated with ribbon and a gift tag with ingredients.
Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a
full refund (excluding P&P) for all items returned to us in their
original condition.
Please return within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Before you return
your item, please contact us to see if we can resolve your dispute.
